General Terms and Conditions of the Putko Platform

Platform Operator

Definitions

• Host – a person offering accommodation via the Putko platform.
• Guest – a person booking accommodation.
• Platform – the Putko online reservation system.
• Stripe – an external payment gateway for online payments.
• Reservation – a binding accommodation booking between the Guest and the Host.

Fees

Putko currently does not charge any fees to Hosts or Guests. The Operator reserves the right to introduce fees with at least 30 days’ notice.

Payments and Collection Mandate

Payments may be processed via the STRIPE payment gateway. The Guest pays PUTKO s.r.o., which then pays the Host after the stay. Payouts are processed in bulk twice per month.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms are set individually by each Host. The version valid at the time of booking shall prevail.

Host Obligations

The Host bears full responsibility for the legal provision of accommodation and compliance with all laws.

Guest Obligations

The Guest must use the accommodation properly and follow the Host’s instructions.

Anti-Circumvention

Hosts and Guests are prohibited from bypassing the Putko platform.

Chargeback Terms

In the event of a chargeback, the Host bears full financial responsibility.

Operator Liability

Putko is not an accommodation provider and is not liable for disputes between Hosts and Guests.
