5. Marketing Consents

Guests and Hosts can voluntarily consent to receive marketing messages.

Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

6. Data Recipients

Hosts – only data required for accommodation

Stripe – online payments

Hosting and IT service providers

Google Analytics, Meta Ads, email tools (Mailchimp / SendGrid)

Accountants and tax advisors

Government authorities as required by law

7. Transfers outside EU

Some external services (Google, Meta, Mailchimp) may transfer data outside EU under standard contractual clauses (SCC).

Booking data: 5 years

Accounting data: 10 years

Marketing data: until consent withdrawal

User account: during active membership
